My BEST advice to couples planning their dream wedding.

As you know (or are about to find out), a lot of thought and money is put into planning a wedding—cake, flowers, venue, etc. We take pictures to remember these small details. Your wedding photography is quite literally how you will remember everything that happens on your wedding day. I like to argue it is the only thing about your wedding that you enjoy more than just once—and for the most part, that is true.

So when it comes time to consider your budget, keep that in mind. Good photography isn't cheap and cheap photography isn't good. Not all photographers are created equal. Capturing elegant, timeless portraits is an art form—one that takes many years to perfect. I highly recommend splurging on exceptional photography, as you only have one chance to capture this special time in your life. Be sure you entrust the right photographer for such an important role in your wedding. Settling for an affordable photographer is a common regret couples have post nuptials—I know this was the case for my own wedding.

Being a Graphic Designer, creating eye-catching artwork is what I am formerly trained in. My expertise in design principles, typography, and color theory are additional skills that allow me to manipulate images to evoke emotion, tell stories, & make powerful impressions.

Unlike most in the industry, I have been formally trained in studio photography, portraits, lighting, & editing. I’ve been a professional photographer for over a decade. My style is unique among a sea of pastel/bland artwork. Color is what breathes life into images—therefore, you can expect a rich, editorial style from me that is ahead of its time!

Video is my oldest passion. Anyone can film something, but not everyone can capture a moment. It is something that is felt, not seen. It’s timing. It’s the motion. It’s the focus. It’s the intention. This is where I discovered my artistry that started all this.

There is nothing quite like pressing play on one of the happiest days of your life and being able to relive such an emotional, special day. To remember what it was like and how it made you feel—to watch your vows and remember the promises you made to each other. That is something you just can't get out of your photography and most people don't realize that until it is too late. Don't let this happen to you! Video & Photography should be your #1 priority while planning your wedding because it will become the way you remember your wedding! It will be the only thing you take away from your wedding day and actually get to appreciate again... sad, but true.

When it comes to the capturing of your wedding, you want to invest in someone who will over romanticize your wedding—someone to capture it in a way that best represents how it will feel. Once your wedding is over, your images enter post production. This process can take anywhere between 2-6 weeks depending on the size of your wedding. I will select your final frames, edit, and post them to your personal online gallery. From there, you can view, download, print, or share the photos with your friends and family—and they can do the same!

Stop being the middle-man—no more uploading images to emails! Easily copy your gallery url or share via social media! Your friends and family can also have access to your online gallery to you don’t have to distribute your photos. They can print or download the images they want without having to go through you.

Download.
Mid-range resolution photos (good for prints up to 8 x 10in), already sized and sharpened for social media, are one click away! Conveniently download either 1 or all your images through your online gallery and be sure that your photos will look their best online. Or if you’d rather, large resolution photographs are available for purchase if you wish to print elsewhere: $10/photo or $150/gallery.

A shopping cart has been integrated into your gallery so you can simply pick the photos you like, and order. I do the rest.
