What is the Cre8ive Collective?
We are a collective of artists who believe art is meant to be created, shared, experienced, collected—and carried forward.
The CRE8IVE Collective was created by Hamer Visuals to bring local artists and our community into the same space. We’re a group of independent artists working across different mediums, styles, and perspectives, brought together by a shared belief that art deserves to be seen, experienced, valued, and collected. By creating a central creative hub, we give artists a place to share and sell their work while making original art easier for our community to discover, experience, and bring into their own lives.
And creativity doesn’t have to exist in isolation. Our network spans different mediums, styles, and creative disciplines, creating connections between artists and making creativity more accessible to the people looking for it. That network extends far beyond the walls of our gallery, too. If we don’t do it in-house, chances are, we know a guy. Whether you’re searching for a specific piece, medium, artist, or creative service, part of the beauty of the Collective is connecting people with the right creative person to bring an idea to life. We’re better when we know each other.
But this is about more than filling walls or finding someone who can make something cool. We believe artists play an important role in shaping the culture around us and, quite literally, making the world a more beautiful place. When you purchase an original piece, you’re investing in the person who created it, supporting their ability to keep creating, and becoming part of that creative cycle yourself. Art moves from the hands of the artist into the lives of others, creating connection, inspiring new ideas, and making more creativity possible.

Meet the Artists Behind
Hamer Visuals
Our art is digital. Our medium is people.
We’re Sarah and Zach Hamer—husband and wife, high school sweethearts, and the two artists behind Hamer Visuals. Fittingly, we met as teenagers in a high school video production class, and creativity has been woven into our relationship ever since. What started with two kids and a camera eventually became a life, a family, and a career built around creating together.
Today, most people know us for our work in the wedding industry. We photograph and film love stories throughout Wisconsin and beyond, combining photography, filmmaking, sound, lighting, design, and storytelling to turn real moments into digital art. We get to make a living documenting people on some of the biggest days of their lives—which is pretty damn cool.
But underneath the cameras, the weddings, the business, and the Hamer Visuals name, we’re just artists too. We know what it feels like to have an idea you need to get out of your head. To make something simply because you believe it should exist. To experiment, fail, learn, obsess over the details, and finally stand back and think, damn, we made that.
That’s a huge part of why we love our gallery and the artists who fill it. We get to surround ourselves with people who understand that same need to create—while giving their work a physical place to exist in the world. Every artist brings a completely different medium, perspective, and story into the space, and watching those worlds collide is one of our favorite parts of what the CRE8IVE Collective has become.
